The website: WeThePeopleHaveThePower.org has been re-named to the more-specific description of what people and what power was meant by the site’s original name. The new domain-name is: I Am Sovereign.org www.iamsovereign.org. This site focuses on how simple it is to assert and secure unalienable liberties and rights. We are also providing a forum for and critical information to, individuals who desire to serve their fellow sovereigns as a trustee occupying their (de-jure) county office of notary and eventually judge.

The re-name was Providential. We struggling sovereigns are now able to reap the benefits of a liberty-enforcement process that has just been launched by our court. The accomplished notaries and judges (presently available to us upon York county, Pennsylvania-state), to whom we have been appealing for the security of our unalienable liberties, have begun delivering “notices of removal ” to the Fiction Courts.

That action removes the Fiction’s so-called cases against us sovereigns, out of the Fiction’s venue and into the sovereigns’ already-established district courts to our federal circuit, and causes summary dismissal of those ‘cases’. These courts are enumerated in Chapter 5 of JUDICIAL CODE TITLE 28 U.S.C., per the Articles of Confederation treaty obligations of the United States as distinctly referenced within Article VI of the U.S. Constitution. [The sovereign’s district court location upon your state is the location where there is no physical court-building. The other locations are the Fiction’s District Courts. You may discover which town doesn't have a court building by utilizing the Internet.] By this action, we sovereigns raise a federal question for violation of the tenets of the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation, being laws of nations [see Title 28 U.S.C. section 1331 and section 1332 (a)(2)].

If you are being, or have been, plagued by a Fiction Court Action, and desire to exercise your sovereign prerogative to come into The Law for remedy, email the clerk as follows: district-court@comcast.net Immunity from a trespass upon your sovereign liberties even includes an unjust imprisonment! As long as the Fiction (the Beast) has assigned a docket, case, file, or account number, the action is subject to removal into The Law.
